JOE's mission is to find the diamond in the rough - exceptional beings hidden throughout the world - one Male, one Female - with confidence and original style to be featured in a JOE's worldwide ad-campaign.
To enter, upload a short video and photographs or a series of photos that express why you should be selected as Joe's next model. Reveal your individuality and chronicle your personal style through your own blog. Develop your profile and encourage others to vote for you. After the top ten finalists are identified through a combination of fan voting and Buzz Factor™, fashion and industry experts will choose the final five men and women — Joe will then personally select and announce the two winners after the final round.
Once you have submitted all the contest requirements, tell your friends and family to vote for you. Embed your photos and videos and promote yourself using our viral widgets. After all, you will only have 5 weeks to get your buzz factor up and get as many votes as you can. Then the field will be narrowed to the final five males and five females who will be flown to Los Angeles to audition live in front of Joe and a distinguished judges panel.

CONTEST SCHEDULE
April 15th - June 24th : Open Round
Models submit entries. Submissions close on June 24th. Even though you can submit until June 24th, WE RECOMMEND SUBMITTING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Since part of your advancement is determined by votes, you want all the time possible to promote yourself.
June 25th - July 8th: Top 100 Round
The field is narrowed to the top 100 through a combination of Fan Votes and Buzz factor.
July 9th - July 22nd: Top 25 Contest Round
The field is narrowed to the top 25 through a combination of Fan Votes and Buzz factor.
July 23rd - August 5th : Top 10 Contest Round
The field is narrowed to the top 10 through a combination of Fan Votes and Buzz factor. Industry experts weigh in on the top 10 on each runway.
August 6th - August 19th : Top 5 Contest Round
The field is cut to the top 5 on each runway.
August 20th - September 4th: Finals
The top 5 will travel to LA to attend a casting session with Joe and his judges panel.
We are looking for unique individuals who are articulate, interesting and exhibit enthusiasm for the Contest.
If you are chosen you may be required to pose and be photographed or videotaped while clothed, partially clothed or naked.
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
Your registration MUST be completely filled out with a short video and/or a series of photographs.
Video: Record your video using the highest quality video and audio that you can. Video files must be in one of the following formats: ASF, AVI, MOV, MPEG, QT, DV, or WMV.
Length: Maximum length is three (3) minutes.
Content: Reveal your identity and tell us who you are around varying themes such as:
What's my JOE's Fit?
Why I should be the next JOE's model?
Why I am the undiscovered choice?
What makes me unique?
Music: you may upload an audio track if desired.
Four photographs of you,
One must be a close-up of your face
Second must be a full-length photograph of your entire (clothed) body, and the
Third must be a three quarter profile
Fourth should show us your character and individualism.
One of these three photographs may be in black and white.
A Polaroid is acceptable as long as you are clearly visible.
DEADLINE: ALL COMPLETED SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MIDNIGHT EASTERN STANDARD TIME, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24, 2009.
